TEACHER training for pilates will begin in March.
The Pilates Foundation, the UK's oldest Pilates organisation and its only non-profit, is accepting applications for its first teacher training programme in Scotland.
The programme will begin in March and run through to January 2016.
The exercise has become popular around the world , with classes most often held in gyms.
It is also used in different ways by elite athletes, older people, and patients with health conditions from Parkinson's to breast cancer and the general public.
Teachers trained through the Pilates Foundation are sought after as experts in the field.
Prospective applicants should contact admin@pilatesfoundation.com or see www.pilatesfoundation.com/training/upcoming-training for more information.
