You ARE seeing grown men and women run down Renfield Street dressed like they have stepped out of a Disney cartoon - it's panto time.
This year, the Pavilion is staging the New Magical Adventures of Pinocchio, the tale of the little wooden lad who wants to be a real boy.
And the line-up has a magical quality. Radio Clyde's Shebahn Littlejohn plays the loveable Lampwick, comedian Dean Park is the puppet master Geppetto while singing sensation, and Evening Times columnist Michelle McManus is The Blue Fairy.
Variety star Johnny Mac plays Jiminy Cricket and River City's Stephen Purdon is Pinocchio.
Will Pinocchio keep his nose out of trouble?
Will the actors avoid tripping over their giant feet? Let's hope so - they have a lot of families to entertain between Nov- ember 27 and January 19.
