Police officers were still at the scene of the drugs raid at an empty business premise in Fullarton Avenue, Shettleston, yesterday.
On Friday afternoon, officers found the cannabis plants growing in the building.
A police statement said: "Officers searched the empty business premise in Fullarton Avenue, Shettleston, under warrant and seized a quantity of cannabis plants with an estimated street value of over £300,000."
They said a report would be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Yesterday, a police officer stood guard outside the premises.
A police spokesman said inquiries were ongoing in connection with the drugs seizure, but there had been no arrests so far.
As reported in the Evening Times on December 7, police smashed a cannabis network in the city's South Side, seizing drugs with a street value of more than £150,000.
They swooped on homes in Govan, Ibrox and Pollok areas as part of Operation Myriad, a six-month crackdown on crime, which is running across communities in the south of Glasgow and East Renfrewshire for the whole of last month.
