The drugs were found inside the property in Bilsland Drive, Ruchill, in the north of the city.

Officers acting on a tip-off made the discovery at 4pm on Friday.

Police are now appealing for information to help catch those behind the drugs.

Detective Inspector Frank Clarke, from the city centre police office, said: "Information about this recovery came from the local community; something that is vital to the force when tackling drug related crime.

"We are keen to speak to anyone who has information about the find or who has any information that will help us catch those involved."
