AN investigation is under way after a man's body was found in a Glasgow flat.

Detectives say they are treating the 35-year-old's death as "suspicious."

The body was found in a flat in Aberdour Street, Dennistoun, and police said they were making "extensive inquiries" to find out exactly how he died.

The property was sealed off to allow police and forensic experts to make a detailed examination.

A post-mortem will be held later.

The man's identity will not be revealed until relatives have been told.

A police spokeswoman said: "Officers are treating the death as suspicious."
