RAIL passengers are being given the chance to grill managers about services.
Scotrial is inviting passengers to meet some of its senior managers next week.
A 'Meet the Manager' session will take place on the concourse at Glasgow Queen Street station on Wednesday January 14 from 4.30pm to 6pm.
Customers can also share feedback and ideas with senior managers on January 15, on board the 5.03pm Edinburgh to Dunblane and the 6.28pm return service.
Future sessions in February and March will be announced on ScotRail's website.
