The bid was made at Gordon Ramsay's Summer Ball for a menu cooked and served by The Cook School Scotland's Head Chef Phil Lewis.

The ladies charity lunch, in aid of the Scottish Spina Bifida Association, raised a total a total of £33,000.

Over the past five years the event has raised £108,000 for the charity.

Aileen Stevenston, Operations Manager of The Cook School Scotland, said: "We are really please to be in a position to help this important Scottish charity."
