TIMELINE: FROM AGM TO EGM

December 22: The Rangers board are given a stormy reception and repeatedly booed and heckled at the AGM.

All board members retain their places.

December 29: The SFA reject an application for Ashley to increase his shareholding to 29.9%.

January 2, 2015: The Three Bears consortium - Douglas Park, George Taylor and Letham - acquire more than 13m shares.

January 4: American tycoon Robert Sarver makes an £18m bid to gain a controlling interest in Gers.

January 5: Rangers enter into a £500,000 loan agreement with Sandy Easdale, with the cash used for 'general working capital purposes'.

Barry Leach, is installed as finance director.

January 8: Sarver increases his offer to £20m and the board confirm they are 'consulting with major shareholders' over the proposal.

Rangers repay the £500,000 due to Sandy Easdale.

January 12: The second Sarver bid is rejected.

January 16: Dave King calls for an EGM to be held to remove Somers, Llambias, Leach and James Easdale from the board.

He seeks the appointment of himself, Paul Murray and John Gilligan.

February 18: After two failed attempts at London hotels, the board announced the EGM would be held at Ibrox.
