A COUNCIL has revealed plans to end residents' problems with foxes and gulls ripping open bin bags.
Bosses at Renfrewshire Council want to replace current sack collection in Erskine with "more robust" containers in a bid to combat the problem.
A new food waste collection service would also be introduced.
Councillors will be asked approve proposals on Wednesday.
