ROADWORKS have started on the Clyde Arc Bridge near the SECC.
Both bus lanes over the bridge, which links Govan Road to Finnieston Street, have been closed for work to be carried out.
That will result in buses and taxis using lanes normally travelled only by cars.
The work is part of the Fastlink scheme, which will provide dedicated bus routes from the city centre to the new Southern General Hospital.
The £40million project is funded by the SNP Government.
It is backed by Glasgow City Council and Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.
Work on the Clyde Arc, which is also known as the Squinty Bridge, is expected to continue until Friday, March 14.
