THE final performance at an East Renfrewshire venue promises theatre-goers a taste of rock and roll.
Uncle Varick, showing at Eastwood Park theatre will be the venue's last professional show of this season.
The performance, created by Tutti Frutti writer John Byrne features a star studded cast including Gregory's Girl actor Dave Anderson and Maureen Carr of Still Game.
The lead role of Uncle Varick will be played by Jimmy Chisholm, who featured in the Scots film The Angels' Share.
Hitting the stage on May 4, the play will be set to a backdrop of sixties tunes. Tickets starting from £9 are available from the box office on 0141 577 4956.
