Una Healy, Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman will mark the release of 30 Days with a signing session at HMV in Buchanan Street, from 5pm on Tuesday May 15.
The Saturdays have sold over two million singles and albums in the UK alone and 30 Days is the girls' thirteenth single.
It comes ahead of a series of summer shows, including a return to Glasgow to play at In:Demand Live on May 20.
Rochelle, who is engaged to JLS singer Marvin Humes, said: "We are excited about playing In:Demand.
"We were on our first arena tour last year at the SECC and the crowd were great."
Professor Green, Alexandra Burke, Tulisa from N-Dubz, Tinchy Stryder, and Alyssa Reid are also among the other chart-topping acts confirmed so far for the event.
In:Demand Live is on Sunday May 20 at the SECC, Glasgow.
