A TEACHER who died in 2011 after a long battle with cancer has had a science block named after her at the school in Malawi she did so much to support.
Dr Mary Thomson was a depute head teacher at St Margaret's High School in Airdrie for 16 years.
Now a new science block - built with money raised by pupils and staff from St Margaret's - has opened at Chistitu CDSS Mulanje School.
