A Glasgow street has been taped off after an early-morning 'attack'.
Images show a section of Old Rutherglen Road in the city's Gorbals sealed off with crime scene tape on Sunday morning.
An eyewitness told the Glasgow Times cops were going door-to-door at the nearby flats asking residents if they 'saw anything strange'.
The force confirmed that they had been called to a report of a disturbance at around 5.35am.
A 45-year-old man was found injured and rushed to hospital.
Two men, aged 30 and 22, were arrested in connection with the alleged incident and officers are continuing to investigate.
