A MAN has been arrested after allegedly nicking items from a motor in Airdrie.
Officers say the 24-year-old was charged after he 'broke into and stole' from a car on South Bridge Street in the town.
Following the incident, cops say the property that was stolen was recovered and returned to its owners.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Community officers in Airdrie arrested and charged a 24-year-old man with breaking into and stealing items from a vehicle on South Bridge Street.
"Property recovered and returned to its rightful owners."
