'Concern' is growing for a missing teenager with links to Glasgow.
Rachael Lawrie was reported missing from the St Andrew Street area of Dalkeith and was last seen at Bernard Court in Lanark, at around 3pm on Thursday, March 28.
The 16-year-old is described as being 5ft 8inch tall, slim build, with long brown hair.
Officers say the youngster has links to the Lanark, Midlothian, and Glasgow areas.
Inspector Keith Watson said: “There is growing concern for Rachael’s welfare and we are appealing for anyone with information on her whereabouts, or any possible sightings, to please come forward.
“She is known to have ties to Lanark, Midlothian and Glasgow.
“Anyone with any information is urged to call police on 101, quoting incident 4043 of March 28, 2024.”
