A teenager is due in court after a woman was allegedly pushed onto a track at a Glasgow train station this weekend.
We previously reported that a man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman was reportedly pushed onto the tracks at Hyndland Station.
The alleged incident occurred on Saturday, April 20 at around 6.30pm.
The woman was taken to hospital as a precaution but is not believed to have been seriously injured.
Now, British Transport Police (BTP) have confirmed that an 18-year-old man has been charged and will appear in court today over the alleged incident.
A BTP spokesman said: “He (An 18-year-old man) has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on April 22.
“A report will be prepared for the procurator fiscal.”
