FORMER judge Sharon Osbourne will return to The X Factor panel, TV bosses of the talent show have said.
She will replace Tulisa Contostavlos to join Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger, for the new ITV series due to hit screens later this year.
This means show boss Simon Cowell will be absent for a third year.
