SMOKERS who quit now could save £400 in time for Christmas.
That's the message from smoking cessation practitioners at East Renfrewshire CHCP smokefree community services.
The £400 figure is based on the amount of money somone who smokes 20 cigarettes a day would spend between now and Christmas Day.
Supports sessions are being held throughout the area.
