SPIDERS will be the focus of an evening hosted by the Paisley Natural History Society as part of their winter programme of talks.
The event at Paisley Museum tomorrow evening will discuss spider biology, ecology and life strategies.
The Society said more than 440 different species, many of which are endangered, live in Scotland.
Chris Catherine, from the British Arach-nological Society Spider Recording Scheme, will be speaking at the event.
Paisley Natural History Society was formed in the 1970s aiming to encourage the study of natural history in Renfrew-shire, East Renfrew-shire and Inverclyde, and to support the conservation of wildlife and habitats.
The event is free and open to anyone.
