Clyde Gateway Regeneration was named winner of the Regeneration category at the RICS Awards Grand Final held at the Savoy Hotel in London.
The Clyde Gateway Regeneration is a partnership created by Glasgow City Council, South Lanarkshire Council and Scottish Enterprise, with direct funding from the Scottish Government. It is a massive investment programme over a 20 year period, which is set to transform the area.
Sarah Speirs, director of RICS Scotland, said: "It is early days in this huge regeneration project, but it has already managed to deliver a number of significant schemes.
"It is great to see the Clyde Gateway Regeneration recognised for the benefits it will bring in regenerating the area and I would like to congratulate all involved."
More than 600 building projects entered the competition, which celebrates the built and natural environment.
The Clyde Gateway Regeneration fought off projects from across the country to win the coveted Regeneration award.
