THE boss of BBC hit Top Gear says viewers enjoy the childish antics of the presenters including Jeremy Clarkson, above, because they are a "release valve" for the stresses of our lives.
Executive producer Andy Wilman said the programme helped viewers to reconnect with their nine-year-old selves.
