The free training course is aiming to help them find a career in recruitment.
It is being run by Kevin Jones, boss of Cheshire-based RAMPART Blue - the Recruitment Academy for Military Personnel And Recruitment Training.
Mr Jones, who served in the air force for six years, has been involved in recruitment for the past 16 years.
He said: "Many recruitment companies tend to hire graduates but they don't have much work/life experience and don't really appreciate what recruitment is about.
"We identified that service leavers add so much value to recruitment companies because they have fantastic transferable skills including communication skills, working processes and discipline."
Last year, Mr Jones approached a number of recruitment companies in England with the recruitment academy idea.
Since then, 73 ex-Armed Forces personnel have gone through training and all but two have found jobs.
Mr Jones said: "We ran our first course in February and the feedback has been phenomenal from the recruitment companies."
The course is run for free as RAMPART Blue is paid a fee by companies looking for new employees.
Mr Jones said: "Not only do we train the service leavers, we help with their CV, prepare them for interview and introduce them to recruitment companies.
"No previous experience or qualifications are needed, just the right attitude, aptitude, desire to succeed and good communication skills.
"But they will need to pass an aptitude test prior to the course to assess if recruitment is the right industry for them.
"We are working with 20 recruitment companies in Scotland who partner with our academy, who recognise all of the transferable skills service leavers and ex-forces veterans can offer."
Scotland's first recruitment academy, which will be held in the Glasgow Hilton, runs from November 4-8.
