RAIL passengers faced disruption following an incident near a Glasgow station.
Emergency services were called to Barnhill station at around 7.15pm.
It is understood they were called to reports of a person on the line.
A Scottish Ambulance spokesman said they attended.
Train services between Glasgow Queen Street, Milngavie, Dalmuir, Balloch and Helensburgh were affected.
