THE cast of Still Game will move from the small screen to the stage once again to perform a run of shows at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow.
Still Game: Live 2 will return to the Glasgow venue next year after the new series, which starts on October 7, airs.
The comedy, written by Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill, previously took over the venue for a run of 21 shows in 2014.
Fans will be able to see Still Game: Live 2 from February 4 to 11 next year with both evening and matinee shows in the run.
Greg Hemphill admitted at the premiere of the new series this week that the live shows gave the Still Game team the confidence to come back.
He said: "I think it would have been worse if we hadn't done the show at the SSE Hydro. We would have been much more nervous. That was like a buffer.
"Even when we were writing that show, we went into the BBC and said we felt like we had some more stories to tell."
The new episode Gadgets will air on BBC One on October 7 at 9.30pm.
Tickets for the live shows go on sale on Friday, October 7 at 10am priced £39.75 to £56.20 (including admin fee).
