Pals of tragic Glasgow man Kenny Macnicol have shared a final picture of him smiling on holiday before he was tragically killed on Sunday. 

Kenny Macnicol, 21, had been in Ibiza with pals when he was struck by a car and killed in the tourist resort of San Antonio on Sunday.

Moving tributes to the popular man were posted online after 'eight went on holiday and seven came home'. 

His sister Kirsten Macnicol took to Facebook to share a moving tribute for her brother.

She wrote: "My hearts torn to pieces.. broken.. I can't find words to describe this feeling of loosing my beautiful little brother .. it's a nightmare and all I want to do is wake up and see him in front of me."

"I just want to thank everyone for there condolences and it's warming to my heart to know the love and support from everyone who loved him and know how much of a amazing boy he was. I love you so so much kenneth and I will never stop loving you."

Devastated friends dsecribed their heartbreak after going away with the boys and returning a 'man down'.

Ryan Brown said: "Can't believe am writing this but Rest in Peace bro , actual can't describe how heartbroken a feel should never go away wae the boys n come back a Man down."

"Keep thinking it's a bad dream n that i will wake up and it's still not real."

Thomas Swan said: "Madness going on holiday 8 of us and leaving, 7 lost a best pal and a brother rip Kenny Macnicol."

Dani Brown wrote: "I don't even know how to put words together Im in shock. I am totally gutted and heartbroken to be writing this but RIP Kenny you were such an amazing, beautiful person inside & out. Will miss you so much."

A spokeswoman from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office said: “We have offered support to the family of a British man who died in Ibiza.”
