FOOTBALL WAG Leah Shevlin is to stand trial for allegedly hitting a woman with her 4x4 Mercedes.
It is alleged the 31-year-old assaulted Julie MacDonald on February 1 this year at Mitchell Street in Glasgow's city centre.
She is charged with driving her luxury car at Miss MacDonald and hitting her on the body with it.
Shevlin - the girlfriend of Hull City goalie Allan McGregor - faces an alternative charge of dangerous driving by driving the vehicle at her alleged victim and hitting her.
She was not present when the case called at Glasgow Sheriff Court but pleaded not guilty through a solicitor.
The hearing was continued until next March.
