Drugs with an estimated street value of almost a quarter of a million pounds have been seized by police during late-night raids on four properties.
Three men were arrested in connection with the class C substances, Police Scotland said.
The raids happened in the Renfrewshire area at around 11.50pm yesterday.
Officers acting under warrant searched a commercial premises in Paisley's Underwood Road and houses in Blackwood Terrace, Johnstone; Houston Road, Inchinnan; and Earlshill Drive, Howwood.
The drugs, believed to be manufactured Valium, are valued at £240,000, police said.
The three arrested men, aged 48, 40 and 21, are in police custody and are expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Monday.
