A POLICE probe was under way today after a pensioner's body was pulled from a loch.
Officers said the body of a 73-year-old man was discovered in the water, James Hamilton Heritage Park in East Kilbride, at 8.20am on Tuesday.
A police spokeswoman said: "At around 8.20am on Tuesday, we received a report of a body in the water.
"A post mortem examination will be carried out in due course.
"However there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
"A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal. "
