Crews were called to the Forge Shopping Centre this morning shortly after 10.30am after reports of two vehicles on fire.

Fire fighters from Springburn and Polmadie stations took 30 mins to tackle the blaze, at the corner of Millerston and Fieldon Streets, in Parkhead.

It is not yet known whether there were any injuries as a result of the fire or how the blaze began.

Fire fighters are still on the scene.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed that police officers are also in attendance.
