ENGINEERS from Scottish Water were today probing two burst water mains in Glasgow.

Customers were notified of the burst pipes - in Braid Square and Gourock Street - shortly before 9am today.

An investigation team are at the scene to establish what happened.

Customers were warned they may experience loss of water supply, low pressure, and discoloured water.

A statement from Scottish Water said: "Customers here may experience loss of water supply, low pressure, and discoloured water.

"A squad is on site to carry out the necessary repairs and will restore supplies as soon as possible."
