Shettleston Road will be closed between Duke Street and Hart Street until Wednesday, March 5.

The closure is to allow Scottish Water mains improvement works and will mean lane closures on both sides of the carriageway of Shettleston Road between Old Shettleston Road and Duke Street.

A first phase of the works saw Shettleston Road closed between Duke Street and Biggar Street, which will also remain shut until March 5.

Diversions will be signposted and drivers are warned to expect delays, particularly at peak times.

The full improvement scheme will be completed by Sunday, April 6.
