Fire crews were called to a blaze at a tenement block in the South Side of the city today.
Two appliances races to the building in Shawlands at around 6.45am after the alarm was raised.
It is not known if anyone was injured in the blaze, which broke out in a property in Woodford Street, near Tantallon Road.
One neighbour said: "I was leaving for work just before 7am and thought I could smell smoke.
"The next thing, two fire engines came racing into the street."
