A MAN has been arrested following a disturbance in a flat in Ayrshire.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called out to the home in Garnock View, Kilwinning, at around 2.55pm on Friday, after reports he had barricaded himself in. Roads were closed off around the area as a precaution.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said a 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with the disturbance shortly before 4.30pm. She said he was in custody.
