Flats evacuated after blaze in Pollokhields
A BLOCK of flats Glasgow's South Side had to be evacuated after a fire broke out in the close.
Firefighters were called to the blaze in Albert Drive, Pollokshields, at around 8pm on Tuesday by a concerned resident.
They had the fire under control within 25 minutes and no-one was injured in the incident.
