Two teenagers died following the collision
Adam Crawford, 19, of Foxbar Crescent, Foxbar, Paisley, was driving his red coloured Seat Ibiza car along Old Greenock Road, Langbank, when the car lost control.
The car left the carriageway and crashed into a nearby tree, killing two of the teenage passengers.
Adam and his front seat passenger Liam Whiteford, 18, of Maree Road, Foxbar, Paisley, died at the scene.
Another passenger, an 18-year-old man, was taken to Inverclyde Royal and has been released.
Relatives are aware and a report will be sent to the procurator Fiscal.
There was no other vehicle involved.
