A woman has been arrested in connection with a racially motivated incident in Glasgow City Centre.
Video footage obtained by the Evening Times shows a woman verbally abusing another woman, who may be Eastern European.
The incident was condemned by Police Scotland and Glasgow councillor Soryia Siddique.
Police said a 39-year-old woman had been arrested in connection with an alleged racial breach of the peace.
The woman is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.
The alleged incident happened on Cathedral Street.
Police said the public response after the video was made public had helped lead to an arrest.
