A woman who reportedly set herself on fire in Clydebank Police station has died in hospital.
Police Scotland said the woman, who has been named as Belgian national Katrien Pratts, 58, died at Glasgow Royal Infirmary on Thursday, January 22.
She was critically injured at Clydebank Police Station on Thursday, January 8.
Relatives have been made aware and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police Scotland said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious, however, a post mortem will be carried out in due course to establish the exact cause of death.
"The woman can be named as Katrien Pratts (58), a Belgian national.
"As is standard procedure, the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner is conducting an investigation relating to Police Scotland's contact with Ms Pratts in the lead up to the incident at Clydebank Police office on the January 8."
