Since having double glazing fitted, the nursery in Pollok has been repeatedly targeted by yobs.
Heartless thugs have also repeatedly destroyed the Pollok Children's Centre's Eco Greenhouse, which was built by young pupils.
Now staff are pleading with the local community to rally round and help protect the nursery.
Head of centre Noelle Harvey, said: "It's soul destroying. Before we had our new windows fitted we hadn't really suffered any vandalism.
"But since then we are coming in every other week to find some damage, including on Monday when staff came in to find our windows smashed for the fifth time.
"Our Eco Greenhouse, which was a great team effort by parents and pupils, has also had to be relocated several times due to vandalism."
Noelle said parents have been very supportive and contacted their local councillors and MSPs.
Police have also visited the school to offer advice but say they are limited in what they can do.
In a bid to deter would-be thugs, pupils designed posters reading 'Please Leave Our Nursery Alone' and pinned them around the perimeter fence.
Noelle wrote an open letters to the community explaining what was happening and posted copies through doors.
But nothing is having an effect on the constant attacks.
The owner of a neighbouring care home has offered to have his security staff keep an eye on the premises.
But Noelle and her staff just want the attacks to stop.
She said: "I can't understand what motivates people to come in and attack a school - the cost to the authority is becoming excessive.
"This is a very valued local resource and it strikes me that some of the vandals will have attended this nursery themselves.
"We are hoping community members can talk to young people in the area and explain to them the impact this damage is having on the nursery and our children.
"We are at the end of our tether."
Councillor Stephen Curran, executive member for education and young people, added: "Once again our staff are having to pick up the pieces after mindless vandals.
"What possible satisfaction can these people get from trashing a nursery - it is so pointless and a drain of everyone's resources.
"If anyone in the local community knows who is targeting the children's centre then I would urge them to contact their local police office.
"This has to stop."
