THE search is on for volunteers to take part in a litter pick in Lanarkshire.
Living Landscape is staging the event on Friday from noon until 2pm in Cumbernauld.
Organisers are looking for local people to help at the event in Northside Wood Wildlife Reserve.
Cumbernauld Living Landscape is a Scottish Wildlife Trust initiative.
It aims to "enhance, restore and reconnect" green areas of the town.
Volunteers are asked to meet at Dowanfield Road, beside the playing fields car park, for the clean-up.
