We’ll keep up fight to block incinerator bid

Campaigners who failed to block planning permission for a controversial hazardous waste incinerator today vowed: "The fight goes on."

The pledge was made after councillors in South Lanarkshire agreed by just five votes to allow the development to go-ahead at Dovesdale Farm which overlooks the village of Stonehouse, near Larkhall.
