SCHOOL pupils are to learn lessons about wildlife...
on wheels.
The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) has received funding from the Clydesdale Bank to create a specially-adapted double decker bus that will travel around the country giving classes about Scottish native species.
The bus, donated by Stagecoach, will be dubbed the Wild About Scotland mobile classroom and can accommodate 26 children at once.
During the next 12 months it will visit as many schools across the country as possible.
Youngsters will learn about minibeasts, the Highland tiger and beavers.
