Police arrested a woman after a spate of alleged thefts at a cemetery.
The 36-year-old was held by officers in connection with the graveside thefts.
Police said the incidents allegedly took place at a cemetery in Kilbirnie.
Officers have recovered a number of items.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A 36-year-old woman was arrested in relation to a number of alleged thefts from the cemetery in Kirkland Road, Kilbirnie.
She is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
Inspector Christine Boyd, from Ayrshire Division, said: "A number of items have been recovered and anyone who believes property of theirs to be missing is asked to contact Kilbirnie Police Office by calling 101."
