AN elderly woman has died after being struck by a coach.
Polices are appealing for witnesses to the collision which happened on the A77 in Ayrshire at around 5.40pm yesterday.
The bus was travelling on the route near its junction with Maybole Road when it struck the elderly woman, who was on the road.
Strathclyde Police have asked anyone who may have seen her on the A77 before the crash to get in touch.
