4 The Hooded Claw: With his sidekicks the Bully Brothers he tried to kill Penelope Pitstop.
5 Wile E Coyote: Has been the prime antagonist of Bugs Bunny and the Road Runner.
6 Doctor Doofenshmirtz: Doof is the bumbling evil genius in Phineas and Ferb.
7 Skeletor: Once a human before he was scalded with acid, he is now the enemy of He-Man in Masters of the Universe.
8 Bluto: Muscular character, he is Popeye's rival for the affections of Olive Oyl.
9 Plankton: Shady character who runs the Chum Bucket restaurant in SpongeBob SquarePants.
