PROJECTS across the city have been helped to realise their goals through the Evening Times Streets Ahead campaign.

Many more have been inspired by the efforts of others and helped the campaign go from strength to strength.

As a result there are streets and communities which are now better and brighter thanks to the motivation and action of the people who live there.

The end results are only possible thanks to the investment, expertise and resources from our Streets Ahead partners City Charitable Trust, Glasgow Housing Association, Clean Glasgow, Scottish Fire and Rescue and ScotRail.

The partners are also involved in their own community work which includes volunteering opportunities and education programmes.

Over the four years since Streets Ahead was launched we have focused on a diverse range of projects from the organisation of litter picks, to the creation of allotments and community gardens.

They all get support from the campaign and they all contribute to a better, brighter city.

Streets Ahead has a long term vision, with small projects all combining into a big effort across Glasgow to make environmental improvements.

If you want to get involved and have an idea then use the contact details in our pull-out and help us help you change Glasgow one street at a time.
