Great ambassador

RAY WILKINS was a great ambassador for our club.

Such an overused expression now is “world class”. But he were truly world class at your peak.

RIP Ray

ONE of the greatest midfielders to have graced Scottish football pitches.

I cannot think of anyone in the past 10 years that has come close to his ability.

RIP Ray, and my condolences goes to his wife and family.

Bins overflow

REGARDING the rats invasion at the West End Retail Park, Glasgow City Council needs to decide if they want people to re-cycle stuff or not.

They simply do not empty re-cycle bins often enough. Bins overflow and people leave their bags of rubbish next to them.

Job well done

WOULD like to commend the lads from Glasgow City Council’s parks department. for a job well done along the pathway from Cowcaddens Subway approaching the Theatre Royal.

They worked very hard clearing rubbish and cutting back shrubery.

A job well done boys and a big THANK YOU.

Disgusting buses

I AM wondering if Glasgow is the only city where people feel the need to board buses carrying their three course meals with them.

I have never seen such filthy disgusting buses with leftover fast food containers with the remains of food spilling out of them, empty drinks bottles, discarded tickets on the floor and the free newspapers strewn about all over the place and chewing gum stuck to the seats.

The buses are there for everyone to use and surely it’s not too much to ask to be able to sit on a clean and litter free seat?
