3 Wellpark Brewery: The East End home of Tennent's Lager, one of the best known beer brands in Scotland.

4 Fairfield Shipyard Offices: The historic building was for decades the home of Govan shipbuilding.

5 Glasgow Gurdwara: The Sikh building, in Albert Drive, is famed for its traditional Asian architecture.

6 Kelvingrove Bandstand: The famous bandstand, built in 1924, has had a £2.1million refurbishment and is an excellent addition to the festival.

7 The Tall Ship: The Glenlee, which started sailing in 1896, is one of only five Clyde-built sailing ships still afloat in the world today. It has moved to a new home at the Riverside Museum.

8 St Mungo Museum Of Religious Life And Art: Built in 1989 and named after Glasgow's patron saint, it is one of many religious buildings available for visiting.

9 Glasgow Sheriff Court: One of the busiest working courts in Europe, in Carlton Place.
