3 Charlie Chaplin: 1976 saw the most famous of the silent movie stars honoured.
4 Steven Spielberg: The maker of ET and Jurassic Park was given the honour in 1986.
5 Maggie Smith: The star of The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie received the Fellowship in 1996.
6 Sean Connery: The Scot - the first and best screen James Bond - received the honour in 1998.
7 David Frost: The late journalist and TV presenter was welcomed into the Fellowship in 2005.
8 Bruce Forsyth: Brucie accepted his honour in 2008.
9 Vanessa Redgrave: Arguably the most famous member of Britain's greatest acting dynasty became a fellow in 2010.
10 Michael Palin: The comedian got the honour last year, four years after fellow Monty Python star Terry Gilliam.
