The Games is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see some of the world's best athletes competing in our city and we want to ensure those involved in helping others can be a part of it.

There are many elements of the legacy and the Scottish Government's Ticket Legacy Scheme aims to ensure people from all backgrounds can get to savour the moment when the city's biggest sporting event takes place.

We want to hear your nominations for who you would most like to see having a seat at one of the venues, based on their sporting achievement or their role in helping and inspiring others to reach their potential.

The 12 people who get a pair of tickets will be lucky but it will be down to their hard work and dedication that they will be nominated and the tickets will be a thank you from the city for their efforts.

So, we want to hear your nominations and the stories behind them and when the action starts in July, you could have given someone the opportunity to be at what is shaping up to be the biggest and best sporting spectacle to hit town.
